Membership applications for Criminal Intelligence Service Alberta should be directed in writing to the Director of CISA. The application should contain the following information:

1. Agency's mandate/mission

2. Legislation enforced by agency

3. Organized and/or serious crime encountered

4. Information sharing ability/barriers

5. File management and security of information

6. Meaningful participation ability
