When I log in, the website still looks the same. Is it not working? Once logged in, the website’s appearance does not change significantly. What you will notice though is a change in the menus – when you’re logged in, several menus will have additional areas to which you can now navigate.
I am having problems with the distorted CAPTCHA image. What can I do? The secure section of the ALERT website employs a security feature called CAPTCHA. After entering a username and password, the user is asked to type letters and / or numbers from a distorted image on the screen. If you enter this image incorrectly, you will be asked to go back and try entering it again.
If you are having problems reading the CAPTCHA, you can click on the symbol to try a different one. You may also click on the help button beside the phrase for further instructions and assistance. Sometimes it is helpful to clear your browser history before making another attempt.
