Edmonton… Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams (ALERT), with the assistance of the RCMP, Alberta Sheriffs, and the Edmonton Police Service, executed 10 search warrants on the morning of April 23rd as part of an on-going investigation into the Hells Angels motorcycle club.
A number of individuals associated to the club have been arrested and are facing organized crime charges. Of the 10 search warrants, one was executed in Acheson, one in Strathcona County, one in Leduc, and seven in Edmonton, including the Hells Angels’ Westridge chapter clubhouse.
The investigation is still in its preliminary stages and investigators are in the process of cataloguing evidence. No additional information can be provided at this time. A media conference will be held at a later date.
